Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are ordered specifically for each customer during our preorder periods, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Personalized items, including monograms and custom embroidery, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (incorrect item, personalization error, damaged item, etc.), please contact us at littleabnerco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
Design Proofs
All monogrammed items will receive a design proof sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, monogram order, thread colors, and design selection.
Customers will have 24 hours to approve the proof or request changes. If no response is received within 24 hours, the proof will be considered approved and production will begin.
Once a proof has been approved (or deemed approved after 24 hours), Little Abner Co. is not responsible for errors that were present in the proof, including spelling, monogram order, or design choices.
