Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at littleabnerco@gmail.com, and we can work together to try to find a solution!
All orders that are personalized with a monogram will receive a design proof at the email that is provided at checkout. This helps to guarantee that you are satisfied with your custom item before it is stitched. Customer will have 24 hours to accept the proof or request a change. If no response is given to the proof within 24 hours of receiving it, then we will have to move forward with your order. In this case, we are not responsible if you are unhappy with your item since a proof was provided.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
