Shipping policy

All items with embroidery will have a turnaround time of 3-4 weeks not including shipping. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

Items will be shipped by either USPS 2-5 days or UPS Ground.

Because of current shipping delays due to COVID, no guaranteed delivery date can be given at this time. However, tracking information will be provided at the time of purchase.
